Got desperate at one point and ordered ahead of time on their website because they take so long.. got there and was told my order was cancelled and that I couldn?t order there in person either. Do not go there, it?s notgood or authentic Indian food.. (or pizza for some reason)
Terrible experience! I visited this restaurant late at night to grab some food and I highly recommend against getting takeout from here. I ordered chicken tandoori and dal rice, and both dishes were very disappointing.
I am extremely shocked by the experience I just had at this restaurant. I don't normally write reviews, but sometimes you come across a place that is so unbelieveably terrible that you have to speak up. The biryani I ordered was not fresh and made me feel sick. When I asked for kheer, I was not informed that it was sold out. Instead, they gave me semi-frozen, rotten, and moldy gulab jamun to take home. The person who gave me the food acted as if everything was normal, which added to my disbelief. I started to question if they were trying to play a joke on me, as the situation seemed so absurd. They offered me a lassi as a replacement, but it smelled like fish, which made me even more disgusted. I cannot believe the nightmare that I just went through.
It seems that when you order Vindaloo, you actually receive masala, and when you order masala, you get tomato soup with chicken in it. This restaurant may be better suited for hungry drinkers rather than those who appreciate Indian cuisine. I spent $120 in two days for both orders being mixed up. The tandoori chicken was not up to par, and I would have preferred if Everest Kitchen was open later, as they prioritize quality.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst butter chicken in seattle, everything I ordered tasted old or canned. This ?restaurant? tries to scam you with fake reviews but in reality you?ll be lucky if you?re food isn?t spoiled when itarrives.
