Contribuiți la feedbackVisited seattle for the weekend and this place was on the top of my bucket list. I ordered the poke bowl with spicy salmon and shoyu ahi tuna with a side of mac salad. The fish was really fresh and you can definitely taste the difference from your average poke shop! I usually am not a huge fan of tuna but decided to try it out and I think it might've been better than the salmon! The shoyu flavor was really strong (in a good way) and eating it with some hot rice was the perfect bite. The salmon wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be, felt a little bland, but the quality of fish was still amazing. Service was quick and friendly and there's a good amount of outdoor seating too. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Avocado tuna poke was my fav, but I still like 45th st better
We ordered the spicy tuna spicy salmon poke bowl. It came with a side of imitation crab and a nice serving of rice. The employees were super friendly and fast. There were a lot of different things to order, so we would definitely come again to try more items. We took a star off because the rice could have used seasoning like sriracha soy sauce. I wish we can add a drizzle of sauce with our order. Other than that we loved the food, service and chill vibes I'd really recommend this place!
I love coming here during the fall season especially because they always have a sea urchin going on, 3 for $10! It's so fresh and such a steal! There isn't a timeframe of when this is ending, they just mentioned while supplies last so go early! Of course you'll have to grab poke also. They give you a pretty generous amount of fish and it's always super fresh. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Seattle!
If you accidentally used tap pay like I did, double check your card statement. They'll tell you that the transaction didn't go through and will ask you to slide the card. If there is a double transaction, go directly to your bank for the dispute. My mistake was calling them so I can avoid the bank's wait queue. There's probably some glitch in the system where tap pay doesn't show up on the machine, which they use to verify purchases. Long story: I got charged twice on my card. I used the touch screen and was told that the transaction didn't go through despite showing processed on the customer's screen. Usually, this wouldn't be an issue because it's easy to get duplicate transactions cancelled. They told me to call back if the first transaction is processed since it was showing up in my app. Fast forward a few days, I saw both transactions were processed on the card. Called to let them know. Was told that she'll look into it and would call me back. Sure, no problem. What irked me is when I called back 6 hours later for a follow up, she was irritated with me over the phone and told me how she already talked to me this morning about how only one transaction showed up on the machine. Lady, that conversation never happened. I believe you when you said that you only see 1 transaction on the machine. What annoyed me is getting lectured on how we already had this conversation when I was waiting for your phone call for 6 hours. Again, duplicate transactions is easy to fix since the bank will dispute for me so this isn't something I'll argue over...but still feeling a bit annoyed. Food wise: creamy scallop is super yummy. The tuna is a hit or miss. At times, they're super fatty. Other times, a little chewy/dry. Price is reasonable per lb. Retail parking space is available for free in the garage below which is a plus in Seattle. Despite my negative interaction with the female staff, the guy up front is friendly and welcoming.
