I love this place! Such a cozy vibe with very kind and helpful waitstaff!! I love the pancakes here, they’re delicious!! Also the huevos is to die for!!

Perfect place for brunch. Friendly service, good food, reasonable price. Ate our food too fast to take photos. The California Benedict and the Sweet Potato were delish. Even the drip coffee is good.

This is one of my favorite places in all of seattle. I've been here many many times and every single time the food is everything I want it to be. The staff is so lovely. The owner/lady who is always there is very sweet. This feels like one of those kinds of places where you feel like a part of something bigger when you eat there, at least to me. It feels like an important little piece of Seattle.

Neighborhood gem. We tried Cobb salad, Reuben sandwich, omelette, BLT and California Benedict.

My breakfast of bacon, eggs, and hash browns was delicious but they ran out of avocado and didn't offer me a substitute until after I was half- finished- then didn't even offer a small discount. My husband's corned beef hash was out of a can, and he never wants to go back.
