Rachel's Ginger Beer 12th Ave - Seattle

I'm not sure who Rachel is, but she really knows how to make delicious ginger beer. I never used to like Moscow mules until I tried the one at her place. My girlfriend also enjoyed the raspberry and apricot seasonal flavor. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of the ginger beer and now I'm a fan of both the drink and Moscow mules.

This is a great place where you can try samples and choose whatever you like. I decided to go for the grapefruit flavor ginger beer and really enjoyed it.

Good drinks but I’m not sure I tasted any fresh lime. I liked the Dark and Stormy. You pay at the counter and just go sit. Plenty of places to sit, and there’s bench/booth seating if you have a group.

I always enjoy the ginger beer at this restaurant, but my visit today was slightly disappointing. I forgot my mask and had to wait outside for my partner to order. Shortly after, a white family walked in without masks, but the female employee offered them masks. I was confused why she didn't offer me one as well. Despite this, I will still likely buy ginger beer here when I have a craving. However, I found the behavior of the employee to be unacceptable. Update: I am adding 1 star due to the business's response to my feedback.

We love RGB! Wish they had another location a little further south Seattle. Bring in your own growler for a refill to save some . Always wish it was jsut a little cheaper so we could go more often.
