Pho Hiho - Seattle

I used to visit this place 5-10 years ago before moving up north, and they've recently renovated it (I'm probably quite out of the loop). The food is better than ever! The #38 charbroiled chicken with an egg roll over rice is likely the best I've had. It came with fresh Thai basil, cilantro, fried shallots, and the classic pickled vegetables on the side. The sauce was spot on, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. This is an amazing restaurant!

This is my favorite pho restaurant in Seattle. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, so you don’t even need to add anything to enhance it. Plus, they’ve put thought into the décor, which adds a lovely touch to the dining experience.

This is the best pho I've ever tasted! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portion size was substantial. It was perfect for a takeaway meal on my way to work. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you!

Amazingly fresh vegetable tofu pho. Lots of fresh ingredients. Restaurant is clean and service is polite and friendly. We'll definitely return

We were excited to discover this neighborhood gem! It seems like some of the reviews here are for a different restaurant. We had the vegetable pan-fried noodles and lemongrass chicken bun bowl. Both were fresh and delicious, the portion sizes were big, service was pleasant and prompt, and the place was clean. I’m looking forward to trying the pho next time! If you’re wondering if you should try it, yes. You should!
