Loving Hut - Seattle

The atmosphere at this restaurant felt very strange and uncomfortable with the crowd that was dining there. This is an updated review from a previous reviewer on June 2, 2022.

We really enjoyed the royal noodle soup and pho at this restaurant - both were very flavorful. We can't comment on the ambiance as we always take our food to go.

I had the flavorful noodle dish that the restaurant is known for, and it was absolutely delicious.

Order the bún bò huflies and it was pretty good! would like to have a bit of spicier, but still super pleasant overall. very beautiful lemongrass aroma. 8/10 also this place has a vegan TV program about animal protection as well as vegan essays and reasons to go vegan on every table. I think the animals would be happy that a place like this exists. I'm back!

I loved how this place felt very vegan— from its decor and what was playing on the TV. The virtuous noodles were umami and a good change from other more common dishes. I appreciate the variety of proteins, mushrooms, and veggies in the food!
