Hokkaido Ramen Santouka - Seattle

The restaurant had a Michelin star, so we decided to order the miso ramen and upgraded it with the chashu combo. We also ordered hojicha tea. Overall, the ramen was just okay; I believe there are better places out there. However, the hojicha tea was excellent!

The ramen dish at this restaurant is wonderfully flavorful and the portion size is generous. I can't wait to come back again soon to try more items on the menu. The chef regularly introduces new dishes that leave my mouth watering, and I am eager to return.
