Chipotle Mexican Grill - Seattle

This chipotle needs to stop hiring a bunch of thugs to operate their location. Staff is consistently rude with no manners who have no people skills what's so ever. Maybe if they focused on the service as much as their profanity filled music blasting in the restaurant they would be better. Food is always sitting and the place is unsanitary.

Like most Chipotle restaurants within the city terrible customer service all around. Always a negative experience because the staff is unfriendly especially the young white male with longer hair who usually operates the cash register, he's truly incompetent. Cleanliness is also an issue, it's just a terrible environment altogether. Do not waste your time or money here!

The food was great but they gave my two 9 year olds adult meals when I specifically asked kids meals, but do they listen? after that I ended up paying 60 buck way over priced

They literally have staff standing in the back doing nothing and refuse to take orders in person telling everyone to do online orders instead saying they 're waiting for more staff to come . What is the difference if I order online or to your face? It 's ridiculous and lazy. They also had terrible attitudes saying to read the sign.

Not worth a half star even. Walked in at 2:05 pm and asked to place an order at the counter. One of the employees said all orders are done online. Looks like the corporate office does not want to hire on more staff. This place is getting more like McDonald's at the north end of the block. The restroom is still out of order.
