Charlotte Lounge - Seattle

I had high expectations for Charlotte and dinner there did not disappoint. Every dish that we ordered was simply exquisite! Clearly they hired a very creative chef. The food is unique and every mouthful was a delightful surprise. But what made the dining experience so enjoyable was the service we received from our waiter, Daniel. This guy truly knows how to provide excellent customer service and made our dinner so enjoyable. He really took the time to get to know us and wasvery personable. My daughter is an out-of-state freshman going into UW, and he also gave very helpful tips about life in Seattle. Well done!

This restaurant differs significantly in its dishes from its neighbors, the serving is very modern and stylish, the dishes are made with interest, and their taste is mesmerizing, it is expensive and exquisite, although the interior of the tables could be more interesting, they look quite simple, although maybe this is such a move, so as not to distract attention from the dishes ???? the bill for 5 dishes, 2 desserts and alcohol was 500. ? The portions are not verylarge, so you will leave full, without the feeling of overeating. ? Before entering the hotel, they will meet you and take your car to the parking lot, after dinner they will announce the cost of parking, I got 17 and they will drive yourcar to the entrance ? the view from the windows of the restaurant is very pleasant, the night city is mesmerizing

Lovely experience for a date night. We had the rye bread, celery root soup, squash pasta and the wagyu. Pasta was a little on the bland side but everything else was divine, including drinks and service (Daniel was the best)! We loved it here and want to spread the word for a spot with great attention to detail, friendly servers, and a beautiful atmosphere.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect for our 6 year anniversary. Our server was incredible and took the time to get to know us and our names. The service and flexibility they had with the 4 course meal was much appreciated. The effort the establishment put in to make our anniversary was special was apparent. The only draw back had to be the food it's self. The presentation was beautiful but flavor profile was not to our liking. The main issue was with how tough our medium rare dry aged steak was. We were left chewing for awhile, even our knives struggled to cut the steak. This could have been due to dull knives though. I couldn't have found a better place to celebrate my engagement dinner. Staff was amazing with their service and attentiveness to not just us but all guests for a Saturday night dine in. I still can't get over how experimental the food was and how it made my tastebuds explode. Everything was made to perfection!
