Cafe Besalu - Seattle

Fantastic bakery. visit early or order the night before. they sell quickly. they serve herkimer coffee some of the best coffee in seattle but can hit or miss depending on the ability of the barista. but phenomenal good baked goods made fresh daily.

Inappropriate staff. don't drive if you pre-order them at night. the personal and the person immediately before me, who ordered the last pieces of the article that I came for me at 8 o'clock, both laughed at me. it is the only product that I can eat comfortably there. the personal would not allow me to buy the item if the next stack came out in an hour, which meant that I ran again the risk of someone who ordered everything from a type item. Pre-purchase menu also does not cover what they always have, so is almost useless. the baked are good, but I can't believe that the boldness to mock.

Definitiw my favorite bakery in ballard. friendly personal and amazing baked. highly recommended!

Googled coffeshop and Besalu popped up.. I mentioned they had great reviews and this was my first time in. I ordered a beautiful machinations and the Barista gave me a chocolate croissant on the house! I highly recommend this place . Great customer service and coffee and awesome customer service!

I came here on a cloudy Sunday and ordered a Pain au Chocolat after a few minutes of waiting. I like the slight bitterness of the chocolate with the crispy layers of the croissant. Worth waiting in a line for this.
