Come here. get yourself the “Vegan noodle Soup” aka vegan pho! it is amazing and full of fun. it has all the regular veggies their use in pho, carrots, brokkoli, etc. but also has flower cabbage and cauliflower in it! I consume vegan pho at some places to eat in the city, but as soon as I had bamboo, it's hard to go anywhere. I sometimes get the tofu fresh rolls with a peanut dipping sauce, but the main reason they should go here is for vegan pho!

Nice simple joint to grab some excellent vegan pho nudelsuppe and early rolling. friendly staff. not too many Veg options, but if they come, they probably just want the nude soup anyway. it is on top of 15 next to a subway and a nail salon. updated by previous review on 2018-10-18

Best vegan pho and roasted rice I had for a long time. one of our visits in seattle. we also enjoy eating in. very efficient service.

Cute little place in the cap hill, we ordered chicken and veggie noodles with egg noodles, loved it. also pott stickers are delicious! understand to eat here again. owners are really sweet
