Tokyo Teriyaki - Seaside

Sent in to order from 6/2 to 19 clock. for my family of 5 ordered. I was very excited to try this place. came back to get my order and saw another lady taking a big order. 20 minutes later, she comes back and says it's not what she ordered. the dame and I don't see anything similar. she took my order home. the person who works, took it on the back and repacked it and tried to give it to me without saying anything. that was very annoying and careless. I asked for it to be made new or my money to be refunded. it was 740 clock at this time. I was hoping they would just take it back because I've been waiting for so long. they said they couldn't regain it even though they closed in 20 minutes. it did not try to make the situation right. I was there 45 minutes. superb customer service and very careless considering that they wanted to give me food that someone had already taken home. I realized that people were making mistakes, but that could have been one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.

Magna did it all with a smile! She greet us, multi tasked with cooking, took our order, cleaned a table and served us. Oh and the food was so yummy I forgot about getting a picture.

So many options at this little hole in the wall restaurant, inside the Outlet Mall. Employee's were all nice and helpful, even though they were busy with dine-in guests as well as To-Go orders. Good sized portions and very good food!

I have been here more than once and it's always the same: very dry, warmed over meat with sticky sauce. It might be ok if they cooked things fresh, but they don't. Definitely pass on this place

Naw. Skip this place. Incredibly bland and salty. Rice was soggy and tasteless. Chicken was murdered tough, hard to chew, covered in the blandest teriyaki sauce I've ever had. Everything lacked flavor. The soy sauce is gross some cheap, salty, flavorless brand. The sushi rolls were also flavorless and of questionable quality. Seriously. Profoundly flavorless and unappetizing.
