Whataburger - Sealy

There were uniform employees walking into the kitchen area.. sitting on tables.. and using foul language.. myself and my daughter left without finishing our meal. I watched at least 4 other customers walk in and then walk out when they saw what wasgoing on... usually a good stop.. food was below par hamburger was just thrown together.. frys were all over the tray...but willnot recommend at this time .... management needs to take notice..

We chose drive-through for a couple of taquitos. The service was friendly, the food was hot. We even got the sauces and napkins we needed (this hasn't been happening at many places we've visited this summer). Overall, well done!

I'm not particularly a fan of Whataburger, but generally, the food is good. I do enjoy the shakes. Unfortunately, my experience with the service wasn't great. My order was taken incorrectly, despite the fact that we were right in front of each other and there were no other customers around. The lady just entered whatever she thought was right. I would consider ordering again because, as I mentioned, I really like the shakes; I just hope I don't have the same lady taking my order next time.

The food here is excellent, but make sure to check your order before leaving. During my last four visits, I found that something was missing each time, whether it was cinnamon rolls or cookies. I rated it highly because the staff is friendly and polite, and the food is truly good.

I placed a drive-thru order and could hear actual arguments coming from the kitchen. I ordered the new Chile burger, which is supposed to come with two patties and mustard, but I asked for it without onions. Instead, I received a single patty with onions and no mustard. I went back to the restaurant to have them fix it, and while they apologized, the fighting from the kitchen continued (this isn't the first time I've experienced this). I explained my order again, and the employee went back to get a new burger. Unfortunately, I didn't check it before leaving and ended up with yet another mix-up: one patty, onions, and mustard. I'm on a tight schedule for lunch and can't return a third time. This location is poorly managed and unprofessional, and this has happened to me multiple times before.
