Charred Brick Oven - Seaford

The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. The wings and pizza were cooked perfectly, and the money bags pasta might just become my new favorite dish. There’s so much more on the menu that I’m eager to try. My only criticism is that we sat at the bar where they were showing a news station focused solely on politics. While I don’t mind having a TV at the bar, I would prefer it to be tuned to sports or something less intense. We go out to eat to take a break from the daily routine, after all.

My...my...my what an amazing time. When my family and I got there the place was packed and we were told it would be at least an hour wait for a table of six. We decided and after almost 45 minutes the crowd became less and I didn 't get a call. I thoughtthe night, because it was close to closing time, was ruined but when I went in to check the hostess said our table was ready andshe had tried calling but maybe took my number down wrong. That was the only hiccup. We ordered appetizers, amazing! Thezucchini chips were the best I 've had to date. The family loved the Bavarian pretzel. The main course got even better. We hadpizza and pasta and it was well worth the wait. Everything was out of this world....Stuffed rigatoni, gnocchi bomb, vodka pizzamy goodness we loved it....Our waitress was very attentive and on point. It was our first time dining at this establishment andshe took wonderful care of us. The manager came to our table and made sure we were good. There were a couple of birthdays beingcelebrated and some of the other customers seemed a little tight but other than that this was a 10/10. We definitely will begoing back there is so much more goodness that we want to try.

I visited this restaurant for lunch last weekend for the first time, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and we definitely plan to return! However, we all felt that our server was unprofessional for no apparent reason, which is why I reduced my rating by one star. He consistently dropped and slammed plates and glasses onto the table as if he were annoyed to be working, tossed napkins across the table, and made us feel hurried throughout the meal, as if he wanted us out as quickly as possible, even though the restaurant was less than half full at the time. It was quite strange; I’ve never had this type of experience with waitstaff at other places in the area.
