Generous portions, even for the small cod, with plenty of delightful chips. The fish is fresh and delicious, and the batter is really nice. A wide variety of sides and cold drinks are available as well. Great value for the price too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After waiting over 30 minutes for our fried fish and chips, we inquired about the delay and discovered that there had been a mistake on their end, and our order had not been placed at all. They hastily prepared our meal, which arrived within three minutes of us raising the issue. The waiter apologized and offered to refill our drinks for free, even stating that the drinks would be removed from our bill, which was a nice gesture, and we were pleased. When the food finally came, it was delicious. However, when we went to pay, we noticed we were still charged for the drinks. To make matters worse, when we asked to split the bill, our “half” turned out to be more than the actual half of the total. So, not only did we endure a long wait for our fried fish, but we also ended up paying more than we should have. We were too exhausted to argue, and since we were already late for our train (having missed one due to the prolonged service), we decided to just pay the bill and leave. It’s unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, but the service issues were a major hassle, and I’m not sure we'd recommend dining in here.
