There was no manager, no one behind the bar, no hostess, and no one taking charge at this restaurant. Only two waiters, a runner, and the kitchen staff were trying to run the entire place during a busy Friday lunchtime in December. As a result, the service was lacking, the kitchen had to close early, and countless customers were left waiting at the door without being attended to. Why did I bother coming here in the first place?

Worst restorer we've ever been. the service was absolutely poor, waited half an hour for drinks (cook and milkshake) then our food came cold and a rotten garn an hour after our order! the waiters also had no idea what they had on camp, and what not all we demanded they had to check if they had it

The staff was friendly, but we waited 30 minutes just for drinks, then waited over an hour for our food. The food arrived cold and the service was very poor. While the ambiance was nice and calm, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for our food, which ended up being cold. They were out of stock for some meals we wanted to order, forcing us to choose something else. The prawns tasted terrible, almost like they were rotten. The pork ribs my boyfriend ordered were so tough that he struggled to eat them, and he was the last one at the table to receive his meal. We had a one-year-old baby with us, and when we finally received her calamari and chips, it was only after we had already paid the bill. Overall, the service was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
