Dunkin' - SE Federal Highway, Jupi

I ordered on the App before I left home as I was bringing donuts and a Box o Joe to a class I was holding. When I showed up they seemed to be short handed for a Sunday morning. MIKE dropped everything when I told him I had folks waiting for me and made sure I arrived on time very sweet guy! All employees seemed stressed as there was more business than they could keep up with... Perhaps the owner should consider hiring at least one more employee for the busy times.

The manager this morning is extremely rude. She’s yelling at employees, was very rude to me, she gave me the wrong coffee then said it was what I ordered however I’ve never ordered an iced coffee in my life, there was a price difference and she didn’t give me back the difference. She was loudly saying everyone needs to be patient.

Three people were talking through the intercom. There was two ladies and one man. One of the ladies started yelling at us claiming that they were in a time crunch while there was no one behind us and barely people in the store. After we ordered the things she started yelling and claiming that It’d be $230.33. When we pulled up to the drive through it was just $20 and one of the girls said “that wasn’t me” under her breath. The food was okay, but that one lady was extremely rude and aggressive. I hope she wasn’t the manager.

I went to Dunkin early this morning and was immediately dissatisfied with my service. There were two girls fighting over who wants to speak at the intercom and then the girl who won I guess was instantly rude. From working in the food industry I know to treat others the way I want to be treated and this so called manager I guess doesn’t have the same values. She was rude at the window, offered me the wrong stuff and when I told her she was wrong was instantly hit with attitude and thrown my items. I’m so glad Starbucks is in this plaza now, they actually have a friendly team that doesn’t ruin your day!

I understand being busy, but this place is an absolute disaster. The guy making the food was very nice and it came out quick, but four other people got their drinks before us that came in after us. The “manager” is yelling at her coworkers in front of people, my drink got handed to some random person. This is my last time at this location, truly embarrassing.
