The staff have ZERO desire to work stood in line for 5mins with 1 person in front of me, no one else in the whole place. The two employees behind the counter made no effort to come and serve either of us, basically dragged their feet over to the counter to take the order of the person in front of me in an unpleasant manner. Garbage on the floor, dirty tables. Just a mess inside. Yet no customers in there I turned around and walked out. Never seen such poor service in a Tim’s before not good for their brand I must say.

They're definitely not worried about keeping this place clean, which is made more obvious by its rather slim layout. There was a low staff level when we visited, but nobody was too interested in picking up the slack. I try not to be too hard on fast food workers, but there was genuine disinterest in the kitchen area that resulted in long lineups. I ordered a bacon BELT that was par for the course, a dulce apple fritter that was dry and had all the filling stuffed into one corner, and a pumpkin spice cold brew that was thick with cream. Why does Tim's and McDonald's both do this? A little cream for flavor is fine, but if I just wanted flavor syrup, I'd order an Iced Capp. Hopefully I don't make that mistake again. Bottom line, it's a Tim's, and you'll get what you're expecting from it it's just a shame that the bar is so low these days.
