I respect every culture but English language should be used while they are at work and other person present who don’t speakt heir language. these girl standing and commenting on people in their language. Am not going back to this location anymore where you are being Treated like this .I hope this will be looked after so no other person has to go through this discrimination. DISAPPOINTING

Maintenance was standing on the counter with the toes of their work boots in the drink tray. The individual was servicing the drink machine during lunch with no waste/dirt mitigation to prevent contamination. This store also does not participate in any of the deals. It will allow you to access the deal on the app but when you scan it through the self-order machines or at the till it will not scan and staff will tell you they don't do the deals. I would personally save yourself the time and money and not go here.
Urgent Complaint: Safety and Service Concerns at McDonald's Marlborough Walmart I am writing this review to express serious concerns about my recent visit to McDonald's located in Marlboro Walmart. During my visit, I encountered several alarming issues that warrant immediate attention. Firstly, the lack of cleanliness was appalling. The tables were all dirty, leaving customers with no clean place to sit. Additionally, the floor was in a state of disarray, which is not only unsanitary but also poses a safety hazard. Secondly, the behavior of the staff, particularly Yohan, the crew trainer, was unacceptable. Yohan was rude and failed to greet customers, despite a lineup of patrons waiting to be served. Instead of attending to customers, he was observed using his phone, which is not only disrespectful but also demonstrates a lack of professionalism. Furthermore, it was concerning to witness multiple employees using their phones while on duty, as evident in security camera footage. This neglect of responsibilities raises serious questions about the commitment of the staff to providing a safe and hygienic environment for customers. Given these issues, I am deeply concerned about the overall food safety practices at this McDonald's location. Therefore, I intend to file a complaint with Alberta Health Safety to request a thorough review of the food safety procedures and standards at this establishment. It is imperative that these concerns are addressed promptly to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of customers. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
