Ordered online for home delivery waited an hour and 40 mins for the app to say delivered when it hadn't. Rang up to be told that the order hadn't even been wrapped and hour and 40 minutes later. Won't be using again shocking delivery service

Absolutely brilliant staff, work very hard every day trying too please everyone is a tough job. we do make mistakes on very few occasions, and in these very difficult times (covid) its has been testing at times. we aim too keep a very high standard of respect for our customers, and that should work both ways. I can highly recommend our wonderful fish/chips we also have a delivery services too make life a little bit easier for our customers. please take care stay safe xx

Appalling customer service. Argumentative member of staff who even after being proven wrong that the customer was in the right still went out of her way to be uncooperative, verbally abusive, childish and disrespectful. She should be sacked for her behaviour.
