Great place. great sandwiches, soups, salads and more, great atmosphere. excellent food these guys are great! very friendly and welcoming. I recommend them to everyone.... and their cookies are also delicious!!!

Luv Luv Luv this place!! They make everything fresh and it shows! Bake the turkey on the west coast of Wrap, which is a tomato basil tortilla is my favorite. I add sprouts and crushed carrots with honey mustard instead of chili verde mayo. All right! (The green monster is the Vegi wrap equivalent in Spinat Tortilla, but w/o Turkey has more Vegi 's. Very tasty too. I always call the order to eat there, esp., when before 1pm go to avoid a waiting period. Also beautiful covered terrace (approx. 1/3 is covered, it is directed north so that when the weather cool sun is dipped south, most is in the shade. Bell west side of 101 location has much more indoor tables. Sometimes you go there for easy motorway access. Have also tried the Salids, they are excellent. Pairs of sandwiches I tried are also very good. Always get the China Fog Tea. Occasionally splurge on a dream sickle cookie (all are naturally homemade). Geeze spoke to me for lunch today! Very easy to do, LOL.

The sandwiches here are great. I personally like Buffalo chicken sandwich. The ambience within this place and the outside seats makes it even more special. For each table you will find magazines under the chair.

You have the most amazing food it is difficult to stop eating while there is! Don't forget to try one of their baked goods next to their sandwiches. More restaurants should get away from the VSC! Extremely satisfied patron/SC
