Tocaya Modern Mexican - Scottsdale

I was impressed! We ordered dinner for delivery and everything was delicious, fresh, and great quality! The flavors were rich, portions were decent, and the drinks were good. And if you have a sweet tooth, you can't miss out on the Chur-Waffel bites - they are out of this world. Tocaya eating is a thing of the past!

This restaurant review is glowing! The flavors were fresh and the portion sizes were just right. I highly suggest trying the spicy cilantro verde, which was both delicious and vegan gluten-free-friendly. To quench my thirst on a hot Arizona day, I also ordered the refreshing cucumber mint limeade aguas frescas. I am already looking forward to returning to this restaurant.

We are fans of Mexican cuisine, but some restaurants tend to overdo it with frying and serve heavy, outdated dishes. Tocaya takes a refreshing, lighter approach. The smaller portions suited us well, but those with a heartier appetite may need to order extra. Be sure to try the guacamole with plantain chips.

Great eating and ambiente at a really cheap price. her taco combo comes with one side and either a margarita or agua fresca. the aesthetic here is also amazing. bright and airy feeling with modern desert vibes. the fishtacos were delicious, guacamole with granatapfel and pumpkin seeds was really good, and the queen was delicious. maybe not legit legit Mexican food, but yummy overall. has beautiful ac to keep the restaurant cool for all the sun that comes in. they also offer military discounts here!

The food here was excellent and they had great selections for gluten free and vegans. The churro waffles were delicious and the quesadillas were also great. The interior design of the restaurant was beautiful as well. I’d definitely come back again!
