Sushi Crush - Scottsdale

Really great sushi and some fun, interesting twists on rolls. The Snow White roll is one of our favorites. Good atmosphere and service. We eat here at least once a week!

Welcoming and attentive staff! Placed an order to go food was packed and sealed nicely so no spilled miso soup! It was so tasty too! Sushi was delicious! Ordered 6 different rolls yummy! So happy to support a locally owned restaurant!

We stopped in here for dinner as it is newer in the neighborhood. We walked in and were impressed with the huge mural, exposed brick and modern light fixtures. The ambiance was bright and welcoming. It is very inviting and includes a pretty large sushi bar. The air was blowing very cold so bring a sweater if you want to sit inside.We were seated quickly outside, it was still pretty warm but the patio has misters and curtains to block the sun. The ground is also covered with faux grass which makes it kinda inviting.We arrived after 2pm so we could enjoy happy our (2pm to close) so we started with 2 beers which came quickly we then ordered crab puffs and miso soup. The crab puffs arrived very quickly. Then the long wait began. I think they forgot about about our soup...but to be honest, I think they are really short staffed. There was at least 24 people on the patio and only 2 servers. After a nudge, they brought it out quickly. Our 4 sushi rolls arrived quickly after. For the price, I think the quality was pretty good. Portion size seemed spot on. We will go and visit again and hope they are better staffed by then.

We stopped by for a late lunch and discovered they had a happy hour from 2 until closing. We began with a bowl of Nebelsuppe, which was pretty standard. The standout appetizer was the crispy spicy tuna dish, consisting of deep-fried sushi rice topped with spicy tuna and a small piece of jalapeno. We also enjoyed the Rainbow Roll and the Red Vegas Roll. Overall, it was a good sushi restaurant and we would definitely return to try more dishes.

This place exceeded my expectations! I was searching for a traditional Japanese sushi spot, and after trying two other places, I ended up here. It wasn't what I initially wanted, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for in the end! The spicy tuna handrolls were the best I've had in a long time - they were both delicious and visually appealing. Absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be returning to Sushi Crush.
