Subway - Scottsdale

I placed an online pickup order. I left for the store when they were building, and it was close to the time quoted for pickup. However, when I arrived at the pickup time, there was one guy making sandwiches for customers that had walked in. I could hear at least 2 employees just chatting in the back. When someone finally came out and acknowledged me, I was told they were just finishing up my sandwiches. They were sitting to the side, she finished one sandwich, then the guy started on my other sandwich. I had to ask him to put the meatballs on the whole sub, as he had only crammed them to one side, leaving half of my 6-inch sub just bread. Although he had my order right in front of him, I had to tell him how I wanted it. I ended up having to wait a total of 10 minutes past the pickup time to get my sandwiches because they stopped making my sandwiches midway. The food was actually good, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of just 1.

Came by last night and it was a great experience, the guy who made my sub was quick but held a great convo! Super clean store and the gal was super nice!

I frequent this location and they are always fast and friendly.

Been eating hear off and on since 2008, and never any problems. Went there Friday for lunch, and the asian lady was glaring at me like she wanted to kill me while I was getting a juice box out of the drink cooler. It really creeped me out. So I gave her my order, but wanted to just leave. That sandwich was the last thing I ate on Friday, and was sick with food poisnoning all weekend. Wilk never come here again. Real weird unhappy sandwich tech and then got sick. Not a good thing.

There is either new ownership or management of this Subway! They have a wonderful young lady who works the nightshift named Mary. She is always welcoming and extremely helpful and cheerful. Does her absolute best to get you in and out quickly and with a smile on her face and even in her voice, can't say enough about how this location has improved since my last visit.
