Subway - Scottsdale

This place is quite similar to any subway sandwich shop—it's a quick and casual spot. However, it was noticeably understaffed during our visit. We had a group of seven, and there was only one employee available to assist us, which led to some delays as we let a few customers go ahead of us due to the size of our group. On a positive note, the employee was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we never received the cookie we ordered, but considering it was just a $1 cookie, it didn't feel like a big deal given how busy the employee was. Still, I took one star off for the lack of cookies to ensure a fair review.

Ryan quickly and efficiently prepared everything I requested. I was really impressed by the freshness of the food and the low prices—just $6 for a footlong is remarkable! The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely return to this Subway whenever I'm in the area. Thank you!

I work at the Promenade shopping mall and frequently eat at this Subway. The staff are always friendly, and I've never had a bad experience or sandwich. The wait times are usually quite short. It seems like a well-managed establishment.

I come from work late and am ALWAYS looking for healthy late night options. Not only does this place offer the freshest food all around, they serve it around the clock! The staff had a great customer service and that was the cleanest Subway restaurant I've ever been! Five stars!

They are very nice very friendly and make me feel like I'm at home good positive attitude and. Fresh. Subs 24/7 I love it and I'm gunna keep coming.
