Starbucks - Scottsdale

The young girl work register on the evening on 2/9 was AMAZING! She's always there when I go in and she's just so sweet and friendly! I manage a starbucks in the area and I WISH my employees were like them they are a supervisor! Wish they have accepted tips; they deserve it.

This is a fantastic starbucks! You have some of the best and friendly workers! They are actually one of the highest rated locations in the country. You do a great job to get your order quickly and efficiently. Even though they are so close to the highway due to their location, they are often swamped with many customers at once. And if you wait more than five minutes (honestly not so long, people! You will apologize for waiting and sometimes even give your drink free. I don't think I have to say that, but... these are real people who work here, not machines. I know about immediate satisfaction, everyone wants their stuff right away. But please be patient if it seems to last longer than five seconds to make your order ready and not be rude to the workers. They are real people, and getting your coffee a few seconds slower than you want will not ruin your day, but rude can be their ruins. This isn't about these Starbucks either. Seriously, these people are not paid enough for some of the **** some of their less careful customers put them through. And if you want your coffee right away, make yourself an instant coffee.

Great sanitation and also wears masks so that is a plus! Aaron was nice and efficient with my drink and could bend his time efficiently and with ease. Thank you for your great service!
