Starbucks - Scottsdale

The service was poor. The barista's solution for a good cup of coffee was to pour out a quarter of the coffee and then put the lid back on. The level of service you would expect at Dieucks is not available here.

Delicious banana bread, warm and topped with butter. So tasty! Food rating: 5/5.

I've only been able to get my drinks about 50% of the time. At $5.35, the service should definitely be better. It seems to have declined since the pandemic, likely due to the constant turnover of staff. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm starting to consider trying another location.

What could this be that I found at the bottom of my cold brew?? I don't live by this Starbucks and only stopped in for a quick drink while on my lunch break so I am not able to go back in for a new drink.

Iced Chai lattes are always delish and today was no different! Good to the last drop :
