Starbucks - Scottsdale

Great place, great folks, but please turn down the music.

Great coffee, but it's definitely overpriced! The drive-thru line moves slower than if you were to go inside. However, the coffee and the staff are fantastic. While waiting in line, I had a few thoughts. For one, it seems much more efficient to just park and walk into most locations rather than using the drive-thru. It may seem counterintuitive, but parking, turning off your vehicle, and visiting the shop is actually cheaper (and much lighter on the environment) and a more efficient use of your time compared to waiting in the drive-thru line.

The experience is satisfactory. I usually don’t encounter long lines, which is a plus. I've been here twice, and both times my drinks were only about two-thirds full. I’m not sure why I’m paying high prices if the portions are lacking.

The service is incredibly quick, and the customer service is consistently excellent at this restaurant.
