Starbucks - Scottsdale

The person who took my order at 8:50am was very rude. Everyone else was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. I couldn't even finish explaining my order before they interrupted me. The only reason this restaurant gets one star is because the person who brought our drinks was nice.

Not a great location. Conveniently near the 101 freeway, but best to steer clear if possible. Service was rude, but the food was surprisingly delicious.

I waited for a drink for 45 minutes. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but for it not to be busy is absurd.

I just used the drive. most of the time the customer service was great. I got a gouda and egg sandwich where the ice was almost frozen, and the last couple of tomorrow talked a girl as if she had ordered at a mcdonalds. please, stay with dieuck's customer service! bella this morning was excellent! she noticed and complicated my smile when I came to the window, but it was because she sounded so pleasant and her customer service was excellent! I give her 5 stars!

Worst starbucks in the valley, customer service is rude, drinks take forever, ratios are always off, no consistency whatsoever. came to this location before covid but went down hill ever since. opt to starbucks nearby instead.. Hayden McCormick is great, Hayden Mountain View is amazing as well, Loop 101 Shea is the BEST. hopefully this saves you from the disappointment
