Saigon Bowl - Scottsdale

Get the BBQ Pork Railway Mi and the Beef Stew with noodles and thank me later. Honestly, everything I had here was delicious, but that run mi and Beef Stew combo is fire! Dive your sandwich in beef stew broth and experience Nirvana!

First time here. Great selections of Vietnamese foods. Very clean and friendly staff. We had b4 rice noodles bowl with shrimp, grilled pork, and rolls. Very refreshing and delicious.

This place is Scottsdale O.G. I have been going here for Pho for nearly a decade (although infrequently) and today it was, once again, amazing! A little pricy for lunch with 2 bowls of Pho and 2 appetizers but the place was more busy at once then I have seen. So it must be catching on. And gorgeous renovation that's been there for awhile now but clean and classy. If you like Vietnamese this spot is top 1% as far as I am concerned. Awesome crab puffs too!

The service was fast and friendly. The food is just okay. I ordered Vermicelli with Pork sausage. The sausage is a little dry, I also don’t care for how they over cook the noodles. I also don’t like the salad mix they use instead of cutting fresh lettuce. In my opinion, it tastes much better that way. It’s edible, yes. I had an egg roll added to my bowl. Is was almost 3 dollars. My bill was $21.83 with a tip. I only drank water. So I would say that’s expensive for what I got. I won’t be back.

CLOSED FOR VACATION UNTIL JUNE 11 '23!This place is amazing and I was so sad when I saw their hours as closed 24/7. I drove up to make sure, and thankfully they 're just on vacation, not gone forever. This is the best viet restaurant in Tempe/Scottsdale, and imo all of Phoenix. Everything is so FRESH and FLAVORFUL! their bahnmis, pho, and vermecilli bowls are to die for.(Also great staff and atmosphere)I move out of state before they re open, but if this review gets anyone to try this place out for the first time, then I will enjoy vicariously through you!
