Pure Sushi - Scottsdale

The restaurant was a bit cramped for my liking with tables very close together. Some may find the atmosphere energetic! The food was excellent, and we tried almost every sushi roll on the menu. The service was generally good, but unfortunately, my daughter's special order was forgotten.

My wife and I went here for a date night and felt that the atmosphere was good and the staff were great. The roles we got however were just okay. Honestly, in general I was not blown away. The rolls were a bit squish, not as firm as I normally get at other restaurants. The sunshine roll was suppose to have mango on it but there 3 pieces mango on the entire roll and the mango drizzle really did not taste like mango at all. The other rolls were basic not much to report. If you are going to head over for a bit I HIGHLY recommend the baked scallop roll. I would go back just for that. I added the picture of that one.

The staff at this restaurant is incredible and they make outstanding sushi. I would highly recommend coming here, 10/10.
