Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Scottsdale

I order food from Potbelly's several times a month. The service and food is always great. Courtney who takes my catering order is so pleasant to work with.

Employee did NOT practice proper standards of practice for food handling when I was there. He worked the cash register while simultaneously putting toppings on sandwiches. no change of gloves. no handwashing. management did not respond to my request for a follow up. gross! AND I LOVE IT WHEN THE OWNER SAYS CALL ME TO DISCUSS WHEN I ALREADY HAVE AND WAS IGNORED. YOU HAVE MY NUMBER AND ADDRESS

Samuel was awesome. He was so engaging and helpful when I told him I haven't been in for awhile. My sandwich was made perfectly and the location was clean. Nice toasty fresh sandwich.

First time ever at Potbelly. Lets just say WHERES THE MEAT? It was dry and being that it was my first time I kept asking questions like how do you usually make the pastrami no suggestions just it's up to you. I said well do you usually put certain condiments on it he said no it's up to you. There was very little meat. Wish i took a picture I had to pull the meat from one half and add it to the other and basically paid for a whole sandwich but ate half. WE have our favorites Was hoping to add this one to the list but we will stick to our main ones. Just disappointed I guess.

Quick service and excellent choices! I was visiting from out of town and ended up returning the next day to order the same meal. This place has mastered the sandwich shop concept. During my visit, both staff members were attentive and very friendly. And I absolutely loved the pickles!
