I've always been a fan of Fast China Bear. As a ride-share driver, I've heard about it from customers, and my curiosity was piqued. Is it better than P.E.? That's a bold claim for a chain restaurant. Yesterday, my oldest son and I decided to check it out. We ordered the family platter, which was enough to feed a family of six! The service was great, and I was really impressed with the Mongolian beef. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly, and I savored every bite. They even allowed us to dine in, which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that I've now set my expectations high for all Chinese restaurants, especially P.E. Their prices are slightly higher, but the quality and portion sizes definitely make it worth it!
