Old Town Gringos - Scottsdale

We've visited Old Town Gringos several times, but this time we were disappointed by the limited menu and drink selection.

We made our reservation seven weeks in advance, but upon our arrival, the waitress informed us that we didn't have a reservation. She was rude and confrontational. Although we eventually got a table, this initial experience spoiled our evening.

It was no one at the door. the sign said they were sitting themselves. eating was cold, others stayed without even paying for her. somehow, our bill was still $75 for totally terrible eating. we will not return.

We were never greeted, sitting, and there was no one on the door. It was like a loud crazy, unmanaged bar.

I made a reservation through OpenTable and arrived at the restaurant, which was filled with loud music and a lot of intoxicated patrons. No one greeted us, so we just found an open table ourselves. We had to flag down a waitress to take our order, which was really disappointing. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
