Lorenzo's Pizza - Scottsdale

I ordered from the restaurant's website using the Slice App. After placing my order and paying, I received an estimated pick-up time followed by a second, later pick-up time due to the restaurant being unusually busy. I arrived at the restaurant at the later time given, only to find that my food was not ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes before finally receiving my order. When I got home, I realized that two items we had paid for were missing. When I called the restaurant, they instructed me to go through the Slice App. It's disappointing to use the online ordering process promoted by the restaurant on its website and not receive the service as advertised. The food was mediocre and not worth the frustration.

Disappointing experience at best. Arrived for pickup of a cheese pizza at 5:30pm on a quiet Wednesday evening, only to wait 20 minutes for the pizza to go into the oven at 5:31pm. Upon receiving the pizza, it was overly greasy, burnt on the bottom, and lacking cheese on two slices. The $35 13x18 pizza was certainly not worth the price tag of $10. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from Granny's square at Lorenzo's altogether. The high cost is not justified by the wait time, frustration, and overall disappointment. I will not be returning.

Lorenzo's is a real neighborhood pizza parlor. Pizza is NY style with abundant choices. Sauce is excellent. Check out their chefs salad with home made dressing. Much better than the chains.

Great NY style pizza. Good choice of unique toppings. Good wings garlic knots. Has lunch combos. Definitely will not dissapoint.

Lackluster at best. Wednesday evening, early dead. Place an order for one cheese pizza for pickup at 5:30pm. Show up on time and proceed to wait for 20 minutes as my pizza was just going into the oven at 5:31. Finally got it to find that it was 90% grease, and burned pretty badly on the bottom. Two of the pieces had no cheese and were bubbled up crust and light sauce. It was NOT pretty. Honestly, this 13x18 $35 pizza was not worth $10. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing the Granny's square in fact, your best bet is to avoid this place altogether. I regret my purchase and will not be going back to Lorenzo's. Way way way too expensive for what you get (i.e., wait time, aggravation, disappointment, buyers remorse).
