Little Caesars Pizza - Scottsdale

Generally, I never have problems with Little Caesar, but this was terrible. The food was good next to the cheese bread that had a lot of butter. I tried to call the phone 4 times for about 10 minutes, and no one bothered to pick up, and they weren't even busy, the staff was looking to eat, there were pizzas that sit out left uncovered. But besides everything, the staff was actually very friendly.

Chris helped me, I called the store and he answered quickly. I helped get the best deal 10.99 breadstick pizza and drink combo, I really want to thank him for having me and my son a lot of food tonight.

Condemns my order 3 times the last time I order online, this store is so bad and the management is even worse!! They never want to refund you and make excuses that there is no fault. The manager didn't even want to give me her name to arrest a complaint with the company, and they didn't even care about the manager hanging on me? Ordered on 11/1/2022 at 7 pm never got my order and again called @8pm nothing yet?

Terrible customer service. If pizza was said, it would be done in 10 minutes. 25 min. Not to mention that my pizza was there for 10 minutes. The manager Chauncey helped everyone else, he just had to turn around and get my pizza for me. What a joke, I wouldn't let him stand alone with a lemonade. never come back here again...

Stopped in at 852 pm. on 9/6. Went to counter and was told by young worker???? Long black hair no name tag... That his manager says they only take online orders. I said I have been calling for an hour and no one will pick up; with the phone ringing in the background. I asked how come you do not answer the phone and he honestly replied he doesn't know what the phone is for. Obviously he does not have brain damage but I played along. Do you think that people might be trying to order. He replied he has only been there 3 weeks and is not sure. I then asked if people order on the phone and he said yes. He apparently thinks the public is as stupid as his work ethic is lazy. Went to Pizza Hut for my new choice in pizza.
