La Señora - Scottsdale

We decided to dine here as a group after being drawn in by the photos that showcased a lovely outdoor dining atmosphere. Upon arrival, we realized it wasn't as spacious as we expected, and it was actually located inside a hotel. The ambiance was decent with subdued lighting, and we ordered some drinks. However, when a large party arrived, our drinks took a bit longer to arrive, which we understood since there was only one staff member attending to everything. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. I would advise against ordering the nachos if you’d rather avoid a spicy experience. The manager was really kind and swapped my dish for tacos. A special shout-out to Kendall and Max for their great service!

My overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant was packed, but there was only one bartender to serve everyone. As a result, several customers ended up leaving due to the lack of staff. I found myself repeatedly walking up to the bar to request that he come to our table to take our drink orders and serve food. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious, but the wait time for both ordering and receiving it was excessive. I believe the experience would have been much more enjoyable if there had been more staff on hand to manage the busy restaurant.

The restaurant was missing a few items from the menu, but surprisingly offered something not listed. The wait staff even suggested that we could go to the pool area to order a couple of dishes that were unavailable at the restaurant, despite them being on the menu. Overall, I found the prices to be too high for what they offered.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant was full, but there was only one bartender serving the entire place. Many patrons ended up leaving due to the lack of service. I had to go to the bar myself to ask the bartender to take our drink order at our table. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious, but I waited an excessively long time to place my order and receive it. The entire experience was lacking; I'm sure it would have been much better with more staff to manage the restaurant.
