J.t. Prime Kitchen Scottsdale

Outstanding service from beginning to end. We visited JT Prime for our anniversary, and the staff made it a memorable occasion. Every dish we ordered was superb. The atmosphere is both intimate and stylish. I highly recommend it!

We arrived as the first customers at 5:30 PM for a pre-show dinner, but the music was unbearably loud. We kindly asked our server to lower the volume, and he said he would check with the manager. A few minutes later, the music was toned down a bit, but within ten minutes, it was blasting again. While the food was delicious and the service was satisfactory, having a conversation was nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the drink prices are outrageous—$20 for a house cocktail. Regardless of the cost, there's really no price low enough to make me tolerate the loud music.

The service couldn’t have been better from great recommendations to just friendly relaxed staff. The food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to everyone.

We came here for a NYE dinner and the food was incredible. The ambience was very moody. The music playlist was great although wished the sound was a little lower. Slightly disappointed that we were essentially kicked out. I get it that it was NYE and that it’s a small restaurant with other reservations, but for the price we’re paying being kicked out didn’t feel too great. Oh well.

The waiter seemed unimpressed with us, as he rolled his eyes. The bacon-wrapped shrimp were underwhelming, and the plate was oddly filled with an excessive amount of carrots.
