Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse

At first, our server was excellent, Sofia is one of the best servers we have experienced in every valley meal. The ambience, decor and surroundings are fantastic, not to mention the food! We enjoyed our White Rascal Ale; Smoke Tree Pinot Noir; an excellent return of a Tempura zucchini appetizer; the Western Bacon Grass Fed Beef Medium crispy onion rings, Chipotle BBQ sauce, aged Cheddar black pepper bacon were fab; not to mention the fantastic mushroom Cheddar Grass Fed Beef Rare with fried egg This is definitely a place to come back.

Nice and trendy small place in a great location in scottsdale. parking garage directly opposite the road that is convenient. not a large space, so in any case reservations, limited seating in free, but it is a really nice place. the food was delicious. truffleburger, hand-cut fries, and spinat artichoke diving was fantastic. the creamy chicken pasta was also a hit on our table and the byhalates were delicious. the service was just okay. we waited 15 minutes behind our reservation time and our server was nice, but busy and not back to the table to fill drinks and miss unhappy until we knocked down someone. but it was so busy that we understood. I would definitely go back. many things I would like to try in the menu.

Friend’s Birthday, the staff was awesome! Brought a shot over (We had to ask pay for) with a sparkler ice cream for our friend. Great ambiance!

We had a good time and the food/service was good. At 9:00pm, the music was turned up so difficult to hear friends across the table.

The food was excellent and our server was excellent!
