Eggstasy - Scottsdale

I've been to Eggstacy a couple of times, and I've always ordered the veggie skillet, which has consistently been fantastic. It used to be served in a cast iron skillet, allowing the hash and vegetables to become perfectly roasted, crispy, and deliciously charred. However, today was disappointing as it was served in a bowl, which took away that roasted, charred flavor I love. On a positive note, the chalk bread and the fertilizer dish were delicious. I also tried the barbacoa top egg, which was out of this world, just like the pumpkin pancakes. Unfortunately, due to my disappointment with the skillet dish, I can't give a full five stars, but I plan to try something else from their extensive and creative menu next time.

Oh my goodness! The eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious, and the pancakes were so fluffy they melted in my mouth! The freshly squeezed orange juice was sweet and flavorful, and the selection of fresh fruit perfectly complemented the best breakfast I've had in years.

"Had a wonderful brunch today! We decided to try Eggstasy, and it turned out to be one of the best places we've visited in Arizona. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was just right — it wasn't one of those loud, chaotic brunch spots. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, enough for two meals! The prices were reasonable, and the seating was very comfortable. I can't wait to sample more from the menu, as there was such a wide variety of options! By the way, the omelettes are enormous, made with six eggs and loaded with protein, and they have an impressive selection of beers to choose from too."

Surpassing my expectations for the second time in order! had here a few weeks ago an excellent breakfast. came back to try another omelette (there is a lot of objects, and I die to try them all.) this time I took the roasted garlic, toasted almonds and spargel omelette. they put a swirl of balsamico vinegar on what to add a lot to the whole class. I asked for something huh (just because I love haun) that was a heavenly omelette! I tried to get another part later, but I was so full of the end of the meal, it would take a day or two to develop the appropriate appetit?. as usual the service was impeccable! will be back soon!

Awesome breakfast spot. The eggs were perfectly made and so were the meats. My friends enjoyed the BLAT and panini. They said it was FIRE.
