The breakfast at this restaurant is always delicious. The service can be a bit slow at times, especially during the busy brunch rush on Sundays after church.

I went to the diner on Saturday while my wife, who is pregnant, was at home. I wanted to order some food to go, but they would not accommodate my request. They insisted that I sit at a table and then ask for my food to go. I found this process to be inconvenient and unnecessary. Although I understand that they may be busy on weekends, if I am willing to pay for my food, I should be able to order it to go without having to dine in. I was disappointed with the level of service and will not be returning. The manager should ensure that all customers are treated properly when placing an order.

This restaurant is a hidden treasure and definitely worth the price. The service is excellent and the food is great. The German pancakes and hashbrown bags are delicious! Be sure to ask your server for recommendations. And don't forget to visit the bathroom, where "Happy Birthday" is always playing. The restaurant has a spacious family-friendly atmosphere with tasteful decor.
