Dutch Bros Coffee - Scottsdale

The worker is very rude. was it with a friend who went up the window that never had Dutch, so we looked at the menu from the far (no other one was in the line) and she said very rudely: "Are they young, want to order something today? out of that as if she had waited for us for 10 minutes. she never greeted us (even if she just came into the window), never asked if we need a minute or asked if we need recommendations. fortunately, the drinks were good, but that was the most rude Dutch worker I met with greeting from someone. they are usually very bubbly coworkers and welcome them nicely.

In general, it should not take more than 5-10minutes to order. This is why Starbucks is 10x better and their service and quality is way better

I really like Dutch bros and try to visit when in the area. The stand is set up so cute and the coffee is good too. I ordered an americano with vanilla and milk and my husband a cold brew with milk and vanilla. We both enjoyed our drinks along with an iced water on the side.

She was hustling and bustling in the line, yet still gave us enough time to talk drinks.Dutch Bros Coffee Shop has the best coffee and their customer service makes it even more fun!A perfect place to go if you are looking for an exciting coffee shop with great customer service. They have delicious snacks, awesome drinks and gotta love their branded stickers!
