Dairy Queen - Scottsdale

Management is rude and inexperienced. Visited 5/24/21 and watched an approx 24 year old young man (said he was the manager) berate and kick out a couple because they didn 't have masks on. When the manager stated he will not serve them because theydo not have masks on,, the customer asked if they had a mask for his wife and himself to wear. The manager said No you need toleave now! . There was a crowd in the lobby (approx 10 people), it was embarrassing us and we weren 't the ones being shamed intoleaving. It 's almost as if he enjoyed abusing that couple. I have been visiting this location for years. I have overlooked thedisgusting floors and sticky countertops marking it up to the fact that it is an ice cream parlor. If this is the caliber ofemployee that they wish to hire, it makes you wonder who upper management is? I will not be returning anytime soon.

Blizzards are delicious! The staff here are cool and friendly.

This has to be the most horrible Dairy Queen I have ever been too. My boyfriend and I since the moment we walked in felt racially profiled and uncomfortable. He even asked a simple menu question and the dumbass employee just looked at us like we were dumb. Wouldn't recommend either for food or blizzards. Gave it to us half melted and not even warm food.

I wish I could give this position 6 stars! my man and I went to dinner and celebrate his birthday near (fail) and it let us slide into this dq, hoping to illuminate the mood. bill has brought both to my man and smile! some of the things I support were not available, but bill went absolutely beyond and beyond to see us satisfied! definitely the best customer service I had in some time! not only was he friendly, but he was also really funny. I can't scream enough for my best dq experience!

I sat there with my enkel for hot dogs and ice. hot dogs were cold, and that was ice too.
