Collins Bros. Chophouse - Scottsdale

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the food was even better. I enjoyed a delicious prime rib and mashed potatoes that were bursting with flavor. The drinks were equally impressive. I returned for another great experience, this time trying the salmon and short rib in addition to more drinks and potatoes.

We started with the Oyster Rockefeller with Noble bread, which was a great start with a rating of 10/10. For dinner, we shared the 16oz Prime Rib with goat cheese whipped potatoes and Caesar salad, all of which were delicious. Our dessert was the buttercream cake, which was also very good and the perfect size for sharing.

That's the third time that my friend and I went to collin bros. eating is amazing, the service is even better. When my friend and I went this last time, we sat at the table and waited about 10 minutes before we went to the inn to inform them that nobody had come to our table. not only did they send a server about asap, but the manager came to apologize and inform us that he kept our server in a meeting. he sent out the short rib toos (10/10 recommend) to get out for the time we waited. the server was amazing and she has made frequent feedback to ensure that we had a good culinary experience. they take care of their customers and serve high-quality food. they have to get the noble brot blumenkohl wing as starter. a 5-star experience over and over again.

Happy hour drinks and fools! we sat at the bar, as there were 2 open places.

I enjoyed my steak and noodle salad, I think the noodles could be improved upon. They seemed like a cheap yakisoba pre cooked noodle. The steak was great. The shrimp were good too. Fries could have been warmer. Butter cake was a 10 Our waiter was good.
