Chick-fil-a - Scottsdale

I visited this place this morning with my wife and I had the unfortunate opportunity to listen to a coworker who provokes disciplinary action from another coworker because he shows late/not on the work what is perfect to do (in a closed employee setting.) the fact that this is also not only before me and my wife, but also 5 plus other males and coworkers happened. I also forgot to mention the herrn that this conversation just appeared as special needs and that the (pink casted employee and management,) who sat behind them seemed to think that this behavior/treatment was not only necessary, but is justified an absolute bad ad of guidance and management. they don't shame any employees in front of others and customers as discipline. as a company that boasts for its Christian values, I am disgusting and it would be my pleasure to eat elsewhere.

Very disappointed with our experience at this Chick-fil-A this evening. Server that was taking orders came up to our car and asked what we wanted before we even had a chance to look at the menu. He seemed angry (or frustrated) and impatient when we asked questions and was not able to process our form of payment.. Car line and wait was unusually long. Second server who processed our gift cards was nice. When we received our food at the pick up window the server seemed confused and overwhelmed. Only gave us one of the drinks that we ordered. Had to ask to be given our second drink. When we got home and sat down to eat we discovered that they also did not give any napkins or almonds for the kale salad that was ordered. Not sure if they were just having a bad day or if this is the norm at this location. We have always had good experiences at other locations.

I visited the inside of the store for the first time since they re-opened and wow… it was terribly dirty and unorganized. The floor in the seating area was slippery and covered in grease, food and rubbish on the ground, the employees were just standing around chatting and getting very little done. The food was good, but I absolutely will not go back to this location due to the cleanliness. If they allow the front of the store to look like that, what’s the back look like?

July 23, 2022 I would give a zero if possible. This is the second time this week I have ordered a meal and received my French fry container fullOf napkins and only filled up 50% of the way with fries! Horrible! Prices raised and try to fool you by these games and the fries were soggy. This place isn’t worth your time. Poor customer services and when you notify them of their mistakes they try and charge you for the missed items they forgot. 10 Days Later Update- August 2, 2022 After filling out the online complaint forms on the corporate website I received a voucher saying We know we can 't undo what happened, but we 'd love another chance to get it right. Well Chris Gammel (who provided me the voucher) this time your location didn 't shove napkins into the fry box. THEY SHOVED THE SAUCES INSTEAD to make it look fuller. Not only that...the voucher you provided me Chris Gammel was only for a Chicken Sandwich Meal or an 8 piece nuggets. When asking the drive thru employee it was explained that the Grilled Sandwich Meal that I ordered before was $13 and that was more expensive than what Chris Gammel voucher was worth. So I was unable to pay extra for the Grilled Sandwich. At least the drive thru employee was kind. This will be your last chance to get it right for you Chris Gammel. At the very least do the right thing for your customers and fill the boxes of fries up and at the very least give a voucher that is the same price a customer paid for their original meal. Judging by the reviews I am not the first and I will not be the last because Chris Gammel 's customer service is less than mediocre.

This is by far the worst location of chikfila I have ever been to. Clueless staff who appear to be 16 and younger. Always out of items especially salads and Mac and cheese. Twice they have completely forgotten to give me dressing for my salad. Fries consistently soggy and cold. Not sure what’s going on but needs a corporate intervention asap.
