Contribuiți la feedbackStood in line for 5 minutes for a guy to say it was kiosk orders only. Okay fine but then the next person comes in and they take their order. This place needs to figure out its policy so it’s the same for everyone not pick and choose.
I go almost every day they have served me good food every time except one. I received a vegan crunchwrap one day instead of steak.
This place is the only one I have trouble with getting anything right they constantly get my order wrong and when I get home I find it. I don't know why anyone would go here and they will not answer the phone so I'm stuck with what they give me.
Order was wrong had to pull up past drivethru window and wait for my order and then it wasn't right. They should not have ppl pull up to make their drive thru times look better so they get bonuses instead they should actually make their times better and get the order correct without cheating and having the customer pull passed the window and clearing the orders early then forgetting what they actually were and then messing them upVegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: YesParking: YesKid-friendliness: YeaWheelchair accessibility: Sure yeah
The team and service was great, but the location I frequent has had someone standing outside taking orders at drive thru. This creates pressure to order, it’s impossible to see the menu and I feel terrible for the kids who have to stand outside in freezing temperatures. I love Taco Bell but it’s hard to support a company that’s willing to make low-wage earners stand outside all day. Please do not make this the norm.
