Service was fantastic was late on 1 item but took it off of the bill. Didn't rush us off and even let us finish or meal about 15 minutes late! Place seemed to be clean for only two people being there. Live in Arab Alabama so we enjoyed the food since we lost our unit last year.
First off, this location is the only one I am aware of that offers dine-in during the pandemic. Though I am from out of town, I've eaten here three time and the folks are always kind and my order has been correct each time.
Worst place to get food. Terrible management. Terrible service. Always mess up my order.
I really enjoyed eating here, I was on my lunch break and got the personal pan pizza with bread sticks. Food was great, service was great, was served pretty quick, all in all nice place to eat.
There is only 1 Pizza Hut Wing Street in Scottsboro. I recall the old PH building was standing from the early 80 's until 2008 when they moved across the street and had a new building constructed. The old PH had decent food, decent staff, and was decently clean. It was all around good and worth a visit. However since the move, the new PH has been nothing but a disaster each time I have visited, despite the pseudo-posh interior. I came in during the first week of opening drawn mainly for the fact that it was to be combined with the legendary Wing Street that I had been hearing about randomly since 2003. Upon entering and being rudely seated, staring at a somehow already greasy menu on an already sticky table I feared for the worse. I sampled the entire gauntlet of flavors and honestly I didn 't even find one that I liked. After so much hype and ZERO REFILLS, I was let down... This is where it gets worse. My friends ordered pizzas that all came out wrong and undercooked, which made no sense because it took around an hour to arrive. The waitress was so numb about the issue that she simply said, on the house as she dropped off the pizza, never to be seen again. Upon leaving we checked with the cashier and were told that the waitress comped everyone 's food. I thought this may be a fluke, and though I had no intention of ever going back I have since been dragged there 5 more times in the last 2 years with my group of friends. Every time something has been wrong, and 4 out of 5 times the entire meal has been free. As a wing fan, I have come to the conclusion that pizza places simply do not make good wings. They are always soggy, rubbery in texture and feel like they may be undercooked, (though in all fairness I have never found one that actually was). I do not understand how an establishment that thrives on selling pizza, cannot make a decent pizza and can afford to give away so many for free. This fact alone makes this the worst place for wings, pizza or any other food in town.
