It’s obvious the quality of food and service vary from day to day. We ate there on Friday and the grilled salmon was quite good. Sides were baked potato and pickled slaw. Since we were in the area for appointments we tried it again yesterday, Tuesday. Same order but obviously not same cook. The server ignored us and even walked away when I asked for a top off on coffee. This was with only one other person in the restaurant. Impossible to get her attention whereas on Friday the server was quite attentive. We tipped the Friday server 40% as he was so attentive and pleasant and yesterday tipped 15% reluctantly. I will always tip something. Thought this was a local restaurant but now realize it’s a chain. Will be in the area for several weeks and will find other places to eat. Will not go back there. Nasty experience and not worth the frustration and bad food. Learned the cook was new.

OMG!!! This place is heaven sent. They messed up my order and remade it. The servers were great and those pies, omg, homemade with love.

Everyone was so kind and sweet and talked to everyone like they were their own kids. our server was so friendly and gave us great service! We went on Sunday 5/7 for dinner and we had a beautiful waitress with the cutest hair style, I can't remember her name I wish I did because she deserves a raise she took great care of everyone! We will be back!

I ate here recently. Some of the food-specifically the fries-were undercooked and tasted like something you could get from the frozen section at Walmart. I would say that the broccoli I ate was from the frozen section too. $15 for a frozen lunch that I could have gotten for way cheaper! The cook did not seem to care about preparing the food properly and would get impatient with the waitress. The restaurant is understaffed, which caused the service to be very slow. The only reason I would go back again is for the pies!

The menu is impressive, but the food quality and service is subpar. Our chicken wrap was dry, no ranch. Our strawberry pancakes came with no strawberries.
