You hire the best employees. Everyone is nice, helpful and cheerful. The coffee and food is great but the staff really create the positive atmosphere.

We continued our tour of small, independent coffee shops in the West and Midwest with a stop at Cappuccino and Company. The barista greeted me immediately on arrival and made a great latte and chai tea. We so enjoy trying the local places, and this one was particularly good. Just try it!
