Salsa's Taco Bar - Scotts Valley

The food and drinks were delicious, the patio was clean and felt safe while dining during COVID. The highlight for me was the wide range of vegan options available.

My wife and I are visiting from Sacramento area and were really in the mood for Mexican food tonight. I found Habanero's my favorite pepper) on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I am Vegan prefer to call myself Plant Strong) and was so happy to find so many vegan choices on their menu. I had Vegan Enchiladas Suizas and it was amazing. My wife not vegan) enjoyed the Carne Asada Taco Salad. Also very good. Restaurant was super clean and staff was super friendly. During these crazy Covid 19 times, it's awesome to find such a great place. Give them a try!

I got to try the Carne asada tacos, and they were both great! The flavor of the beef itself was really good. The chips are good (my dog doesn't usually like tortilla chips very much, but he really liked these! and the salsa that came with them reminded me of a salsa this woman made for me the first time I ever visited Mexico. It was very fresh and good; the kind I could just drink ha *refreshing*. I will definitely return! Best service, and the drive through is so convenient! I got to try the rice and beans, and the beans situation is on its own level! 5 starsssssss! The rice is real good too! I love that you get plenty of food.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The bar, the food, and the warm churros were all delicious. The customer service was fantastic as well. I can't wait to stop by again when passing through SV and I will definitely inquire about purchasing a large quantity of churros for our next event. Cheers!

This place was a little hidden gem for me . I ordered a 5 lb burrito and made it extra wet . It was so delicious had a shot of fireball while waiting . Food came out quickly and hot .
